The Original Fleetwood Mac, Sire SR 6045. 1977, “Rare and Vintage Recordings from 1967.” Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood. Christie McVie sits in for some piano. This is straight ahead blues. I love it. Very similar in sound to John Mayall’s Blues Breakers.
The Goldmine Standard Catalog Of American Records, 1950-1975
(4th edition) lists this as a double album, but you can see from the song listings on the back that it is a single album. The Goldmine also give the number as 2XS-6045 instead of SR 6045. There are several examples of my version around the web, but not many of the other.

Don’t think I’ve ever really heard much from the original lineup. Hope you had a good weekend.
I only know them from the ’77/’78 era. They were the king back then.
Rumors is an excellent, excellent album, but it sounds totally different than this.
