The Best of Spike Jones and His City Slickers. RCA LSP 3849. 1967.

Spike Jones was a musical comedian in the 1940s and 1950s. I’m not sure who to compare him to: not really Weird Al, but Spike would add all kinds of sounds to his songs. Kinda like the 3 Stooges on record. Maybe. I’ll just quote some from the back cover: “Old revolvers, garbage cans, cuckoo clocks, clangs and clucks – remnants of the sanitation department’s latest clean up campaign? – Not exactly. These diverse relics are part of the “rhythm section” of the Spike Jones “Orchestra.”" Here’s some samples. The fist two are one song each, the third is a series of radio shows that include Spike Jones, all from the Internet Archive Audio section. Enjoy.
