If by “value” you mean more than $1 a card, then I doubt it. If you mean cultural value, then yes, someone somewhere wants them.
I am interested in acquiring a set of the Rainbo Presidential Trading Cards from 1976. Our museum is in possession of the original paintings from which the playing cards were produced, but we do not have any of the cards
I have 2 James Monroe, Chester Arthur, and James Buchanan.
