My Dad’s Place is STUFFED with Stuff
I went to my Dad’s antique store in Texas during Spring Break. We had a great time, but I thought I’d show you some of his place. He has a three story old turkey processing plant. 26,000 square feet. And it is FULL! And I mean FULL! The first floor is a store, the second is the workshop, and they live on the third. The rooms on the third floor aren’t so much rooms as cubicles built with antique showcases, wardrobes, bookshelves, and such. Here’s a few photos of part of the floor they live on. I’ll be showing some pics of smaller items in the next week or so. Somehow, I missed getting a shot of the outside of his building, but you can see it at woodenheart.net. This is REAL retro. I really do need a better camera though.

As a travelin’ Texan, I’d love to visit your dad’’s shop. What part of Texas is it in? I’m in North East Texas.
