More Pulp Book Covers

Post two of five on book covers in my library. These are for sale for fifty cents and if you add in shipping, I’ll send the book to you. Day one is here.

You and I by Leonard Nimoy. Celestial Arts 1973. Who knew that the emotionless Vulcan was such a romantic?

The Nature of the Beast by Peter Menegas. Bantam 1975. “A Novel of Ultimate Horror” Perhaps, but it never hurts to have a naked lady on the cover.

The Memoirs of an Erotic Bookseller by Armand Coppens. A different version of this book at Amazon has the author as “Armand Coppens assisted by his tired wife Clementine and her distant lover.” 1969. This post should really improve my search traffic.

The Green Felt Jungle by Ed Reid and Ovid Demaris. Pocket books 1964. “The Shocking documented truth about Las Vegas…”

  1. Brian Busby says:

“Who knew that the emotionless Vulcan was such a romantic?”

And who knew he wrote a “national bestseller”?

I haven’t read You and I, but I have The Memoirs of an Erotic Bookseller. At 50 cents it’s a steal!

  2. Brian, Thanks for commenting. Yeah, the memoirs looked like a good deal as I was looking for info on the books online.
