Mike Auldridge Dobro and Old Dog

I love the sound of the Dobro, now for some reason called the resophonic guitar. They are played on the lap (or held out flat if standing) and with a slide. I’m currently (at age 43) learning to play guitar, so maybe I’ll tackle Dobro too.
Auldridge also worked with a band called The Seldom Scene. A very clever name says I.
Another great Dobro player is Jerry Douglas, currently with Alison Krauss and Union Station.
