I had just bought the almost perfect movie Almost Famous a few days before looking at this album for the pics when I saw that it says among the thank yous, “Cameron Crowe, for telling it the way it is, nothing but true.” Whoa. Serendipity? Fate? Crowe talks about Lynyrd Skynyrd quite a bit in his commentary for the Bootleg Cut. I hope to be writing a review of the movie soon.
