At the time there weren't a lot of bands that were really out there. They put on a great show, I have seen them 3 times. They were one of the 1st bands to use pyrotechnics in their concerts. Creed is also a fair to middle group, I don't know enough about Limp Bizkit to make an informed opinion, but I do know how to spell their name. Some tracks on Unmasked, their solo albums, "Hard Luck Woman",... and the verdict is still out on the colossal failure, The Elder. But I have to agree - if they'd have never gone with the make up, their name would blend with the likes of Thin Lizzy and Nazareth.
