History of Country Music Volume 1. UMI Inc and Together of Nashville Inc. Interesting folk art work by Bill Hall. I’m familiar with UMI as producers of microfilm like you find in university libraries. They call 1922 the birth year of Country Music. I donn’t know about that, but OK. This album has Jimmy Rogers, Ernest Tubb, Gene Autry, The Carter Family, Pee Wee King, Sons of the Pioneers, Homer and Jethro, Elton Britt, Vaughn Moore, Hank Snow, Chet Atkins, Del Wood, Slim Whitman, Davis Sisters, Stuart Hamblen, Roy Acuff, Cowboy Copas, Moon Mullican Hank Williams Sr. (4 songs!), Tennessee Ernie Ford (2 songs), Patti Page, The Carlisles, Hank Thompson, Tex Ritter, Johnny Cash, and George Jones.

This is a great series of classic country music. I got it as a gift for my father in law since he loves the old country sound.
