Dynamite Magazine from the 1970s
Anyone remember Dynamite Magazine? Here are all the ones that I still own. The first picture is of a poster with the first 50 covers on it. Then we have Donny and Marie Osmond, the Bay City Rollers, Fonzie and Pinky, The Captain and Tennille, John Travolta as Vinnie Barbarino (as a side note, we just got the first season of Welcome Back Kotter from Netflix
and it is one funny show), Charlie Brown and Snoopy, What’s Happening TV show, Bob Hedges, who plays Juan Epstein on Welcome Back Kotter, Detroit Tigers’ pitcher Mark Fidrych, The Brady Bunch, Farah Fawcett Majors, The Hardy Boys TV show starring Shaun Cassidy and Parker Stevenson, Sylvester Stallone as Rocky, Logan’s Run (which I wasn’t allowed to watch), a Wookie and Shaun Cassidy, Kristy McNichol, Kate Jackson of Charlie’s Angels, Mad Magazine, Shields and Yanell? Who?, Cheryl Ladd, my favorite of Charlie’s Angels (I had a life size poster of her that I loved), and the 50th issue. Finally there is the Dynamite Decoder. Perfect for sending secret messages in class. Then, if the teacher finds the note she can’t read it. See my related post on SuperMag!
