Ruben Calzado and his Latin Orchestra, Chiquito, Palette MPZ-1006, 1960. He’s Cuban, don’t know if he’s the same guy I see at youtube as Rudy Calzado. He was born Ruben Dario Calzado Gonzalez. This is a kind of Latin Lounge Music.

The “radio and TV use only” stamp intrigues me. Is it because it was a free copy of the record?
DrJulieAnn aka The Modern Retro Woman´s last [type] ..From the Archive: I’ll Take Corny Any Day
Yes, Dr. JulieAnn, these records were given free to radio stations to broadcast in the hopes of exposure increasing sales. Of course, many stations gave away albums as part of a contest, but even if the album was unopened, it couldn’t be returned to a store or anything with the stamp on it. Thanks for dropping by!
