Halloween Postcards
Continuing my tradition of never posting anything in the right season, here are a pair of reproduction Halloween postcards.
Swiss Holiday Motel Postcard
Swiss Holiday Motel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. 1974. Who knew Eureka Springs was “Little Switzerland of America”? Earl and Elaine Umland. “Convenient to the Great Passion Play.”
Antique Car Postcards
1913 Mercer Raceabout and a 1902 Crestmobile. These postcards are maininance reminders from Robinson-Lesline Buick in Wichita, KS. From when my grandparents bought a 1983 Buick. That was my grandfather’s first GM car.
Dinsneyland Postcard with Train and Mickey and Donald
This Disneyland postcard is from 1987 when a buddy of mine went home from the Army. We were with the 60th Ordinance Company in Germany. From Tim Coleman from Ventura, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, or somewhere around there, California. TIM, WHERE ARE YOU?
Retro Naughty Postcards
The first two are two variations on the same joke, the first one with much better drawing. I really like the art work of the last one also. Next time, I’m taking my computer so I can look at the pictures before I leave so I’ll know which ones are blurry.
