Anyone Know what this is? Sunrise Beverages thing
This photo comes to me from Lonnie Ernsting. Does anyone know what this is? It is made of glass and looks to me like someone flattened a glass bottle. They must have been very patient to do it though. What is it worth? Any and all ideas welcome.

Sunrise as a beverage? it kind of reminds me of a laundry liquid.

You have a soda bottle that was flattened. SunRise was sold all over the country and was put out by Coke-Cola. Their were many different bottle variations some said Coke and some had the town or city it was from. Your bottle not flat would be worth about $5 to $10. I think it would be worth about the same flat to a collector.

Hey CobaltMoon, thanks for that info! I thought that’s what it was, but someone must have taken their time to do a careful job with it.
If anyone is interested in buying it let me know.

flattening bottles like that is a southern thing, you can see them hanging on porches, trees. The light catches them and reflects patterns -
Really? I hadn’t run across that. Must be deep South as I’m just a few hours from Arkansas and have been through Ark, Texas, and Oklahoma a lot. That’s great to know, thanks for stopping by and commenting McCracken.
