100 Free Sci-Fi/Horror Movies!

OK, I’ve been busy and I’m behind in my scanning/picture-taking, so here’s something I ran across and thought I’d pass on. Associated Degree Online has temporarily lost their bearings and have posted 100 Free Science Fiction Films You Can Watch For Free Online. The films cover the 1900s-1980s. You may be surprised at what’s free. I’m assuming they are all legal, but you know how that goes. There are some true classics of the genre here such as:

  • Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920) with John Barrymore;
  • Nosferatu (1922);
  • Svengali (1931);
  • The Most Dangerous Game (1932) hunting humans;
  • White Zombie (1932);
  • The Mysterious Mr. Wong (1934);
  • The 39 Steps Alfred Hitchcock’s 1935 film, but not sure why it’s sci-fi;
  • Angel on My Shoulder (1946) starring Paul Muni and Claude Raines and it’s really a good movie;
  • The Amazing Mr. X (1948);
  • Prehistoric Women (1950);
  • The Beast with a Million Eyes (1955);
  • Attack of the Puppet People (1958);
  • Teenagers from Outer Space (1959);
  • Atom Age Vampire (1960);
  • The Brain That Wouldn’t Die (1962);
  • Carnival of Souls (1962);
  • The Crawling Hand (1963);
  • The Raven (1963);
  • The Last Man on Earth (1964);
  • Pajama Party (1964);
  • Dr. Who and the Daleks (1965);
  • Night of the Living Dead (1968);
  • The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant (1971);
  • Horror Express (1974);
  • The Land That Time Forgot (1975);
  • The People That Time Forgot (1977);
  • The Island of Dr. Moreau (1977);
  • The Howling (1981);
  • E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982) yes, THAT E.T.;
  • Poltergeist (1982);
  • The Brother from Another Planet (1984);
  • The Toxic Avenger (1986);

and more! So check it out. Hopefully, I can be up and running again next week.
